• For UAE Non-Residents:

Copy of Visit Visa or on-arrival Visa page.

Copy of Hotel Booking Confirmation.

Confirmation of an open ticket booking.

Local contact number for the Embassy of India, Abu Dhabi.

Reference Form for faxing, including a clear address in the home country and contact number.

• Original Passport:

Original passport with photocopies of current and old passports. Copy of the valid UAE residence visa page (both current and old UAE visa pages) to demonstrate more than 2 years of residence in the UAE.

• Letter of Invitation:

Letter of Invitation from the Indian company, outlining the purpose of the visit and providing details of the UAE company.

• Trade License:

Trade license copy of the Indian company, including the Certificate of Incorporation.

• Local Company Letter:

Original letter from the local company, specifying the applicant’s position, reason for the visit, particulars of companies to be visited, and a commitment that the company will bear the entire responsibility and expense for the travel.

• Valid Trade License:

Copy of the valid Trade License of the local company.

• For Recruitment Purposes:

If the visit is for recruitment, it should be clearly mentioned in both the Indian and UAE company letters.

A copy of a valid UAE ID card (Emirates ID/labor card).

Proof of residency in the UAE for more than two years, which can be demonstrated by attaching a copy of the tenancy contract or electricity bill under the applicant’s name. This is essential for applying for a business visa; without it, a business visa application cannot be processed.

• Original passport with photocopies of current and old passports.
• Copy of the valid UAE residence visa page.
• Form signed by the sponsor declaring the support for the student.
• Bonafide certificate (admission letter) from the concerned educational institution in India.
• 6 months bank statement of the sponsor, along with a passport copy containing a valid visa page.
• Current education certificate copy.
• Approval from the education department of the Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi.
• Salary certificate of the student’s sponsor in the UAE.
• 2 months bank statement of the student’s sponsor.

• The letter should be from a reputed Indian hospital on hospital letterhead, bearing the stamp and signature.
• It must specify the type and duration of treatment, passport number, nationality, name of the patient, and the accompanying attendant.
• Provide valid medical documents from a recognised UAE hospital stating the illness of the patient.
• Submit a document establishing the relationship with the patient.
• If the attendant is a medical professional, include a copy of their medical credentials.
• A medical letter from a recognised hospital, specifying the attendant’s name, is required for the application.

• The employing company/organisation must be registered in India, and a copy of this registration should be submitted.
• The employing company/organisation should certify that not more than 1% of their workforce is foreigner.
• Provide professional or educational certificates as part of the application.
• The applicant must submit proof of employment, contract, or engagement by the company or organisation in India.
• The employment/contract letter should be notarised and attested by the home department of the concerned state government.
